Many business owners are detoured from a group retirement solution due to the cost of matching. There is NO MANDATORY matching for employers in any of our plans, but employees have the opportunity to contribute salary or bonuses into a retirement account pre-tax at source.
If the company does provide a matching program, we can include a vesting period up to 24 months to ensure the employers contributions are protected.
